I liked the location of the property, it was really close to a lot of the destinations we were hitting! Staff was mostly nice, some front desk employees were a little rude.

    A really interesting city.

    A really interesting city. I loved the ease of transport, the beaches, the art deco buildings that have been retained in the centre. Was amazed by Haulover Inlet & the fact that so many people speak only Spanish! I found the money that some people have nauseating. As a keen photographer, I took NO photos of the mansions or boats moored nearby)

    Please dont waist your money on this hotel. The walls and inside of the rooms are very bad. The shower hot water never fixed. It's very small room and dirty. Inside appliances very bad. The lights inside the room bad. TV remote control didnt work. The pool water dirty, no maintenance.

    It was very easy to get around with the free Trolley bus and Metromover. The main line buses were also very easy to use with a day ticket. The Hop on Hop off bus tour was also very interesting and enabled us to decide where we wanted to visit. Excursions to Key West and The Everglades were also easy to arrange from Miami. We also made our way by bus and then by foot to Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. Downtown Miami is very clean and modern despite the building of a new major highway. Little Havana and Wynwood Walls are both very interesting areas. The parks around Bayside are lovely as is the riverside walk. A walk along Ocean Drive is a must to see all the Art Deco buildings.We stayed in an apartment hotel so were able to please ourselves as to where and what we ate. An excellent supermarket was only a 10 min walk away.

    had to spend extra 3 days in miami, due to car problems. was a bit disappointed that hardly anyone spoke english, however, it was interesting walking around the city. disappointed in one of the bakerys as desert I ordered, (cake) I literally couldn't put a fork thru, (NOT exagerating) waitress, didn't speak english, but, basically message I got was, thats the way it wasn't taken off my bill. I was challanged as to how to get around on trollys and buses not being from the city. just would be nice if people spoke english.

    This was my 1st time coming to Miami and I had so much fun.

    This was my 1st time coming to Miami and I had so much fun. One tip of advice be prepared to be stuck in traffic add an additional 10 mins so you are not arriving late to any of your destinations. The weather was beautiful.

    The park and waterfront opposite the hotel were pleasant.

    The park and waterfront opposite the hotel were pleasant. We spent a day at the beach checking out the scenery and the art deco buildings opposite the beach. The metro mover rail system was great to get around although you need to catch a bus to the beach if you don't have your own transport.

    Very spacious room, fridge in the room, huge bed, toiletries, daily cleaning service. Location is just perfect- about 45 minutes walk to Bayside (don't miss Maurice Ferre Park on the way) but buses to Downtown Miami also available just beside the hotel, the shopping mall about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and bus stop for the bus to Miami International Airport is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

    Reception were very welcoming . First impression was that the hotel was very clean and functional. Small shop for essentials . Room spacious , bed super comfortable ~ every need for the stay catered for. Breakfast buffet was perfectly fine; staff friendly and helpful. Concierge helpfully arranged a cab for us to visit Miami Beach , which arrived within 10 mins

    It’s a great location based on planning of my trip and has cheaper transportation option to get to Miami Beach near the hotel. I was traveling alone abroad and my first time in Miami. So, I am very grateful to the shuttle driver (sorry I didn’t get your name) who directed me to the right place to get to where I wanted to.

    Great location if cruising! Can jump on the 100 bus if you want to head to south beach (about 20 minutes), also next to the metro mover! Really cool stylish hotel and the staff are wonderful! Also loved the pool area!
